  7. Divide the dough into 3-4equall portion.Roll each portion into a thin sheet.Cut from middle..
  8. This will yield 2 samosa coverings.Apply a little water on the cut edge and fold like shown in picture making a triangle..
  9. Fill 1tbsp potatoes filling in the triangle.Apply a little water on the open edges and seal the edges by pressing the edge with fingers..
  10. Prepare all samosas in same way..
  11. Heat oil in a kadahi,deep fry samosas on low -medium heat till golden..
  12. Serve hot with chutney/sauce..
